Zoë Davidson has nearly 20 years of experience representing both government agencies and private companies in the construction, transportation, and real estate industries. Throughout her career, she has worked on major real estate developments and mega infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast such as the Second Avenue Subway and Eastside Access projects for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York. Zoë also served in several high-ranking leadership posts at MTA, including Chief Operating Officer of MTA’s capital construction and development subsidiary and oversaw MTA’s vast real estate portfolio. She has broad and varied experience in government contracts and procurement, federal contracting requirements, Public-Private Partnerships, and specialized issues in construction and engineering contracting.
Zoë holds a law degree from Boston University and is an active member in the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Real Estate Board of New York, and WTS International.
