As Executive Vice President, Don Hickey has corporate management responsibility for all Southeast Civil operations performed under OHLA USA’s Community Asphalt (CAC) division. This includes overseeing new business development pursuits, estimating functions, construction operations, and managing four asphalt plants and a limestone quarry.
Before his current appointment in early 2019, Don was an Operations Manager for CAC and served as an Operations Manager for Judlau Contracting, Inc., an OHLA USA affiliate in the northeast. Don has extensive experience in the construction business dating back to 1994 and has managed numerous multi-million-dollar transportation projects.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College and is an active member of The Moles, an organization of professionals engaged in constructing tunnels, subways, sewers, foundations, marine, sub-aqueous, and other heavy construction projects.
