Frank Chang

As Executive Vice President, Frank is responsible for direct oversight of operations, estimating, and new business pursuits, in addition to managing profit and loss for OHLA USA's vertical construction entity. With over 35 years of construction experience, he brings a depth of expertise to his new position within OHLA USA.  

Before his current role, Frank served as OHLA Building's Senior Operations Manager, where he was responsible for ensuring the successful completion of many projects for high-profile clients. Some of these esteemed clients include South Miami Hospital, Miami Heart Institute, Baptist Health, the Veterans Administration, the Archdiocese of Miami, and Broward County Public Schools. 

Prior to joining the OHLA family of companies in 2000, Frank was a Project Manager of Field Operations for All-Go Construction Systems. The business specializes in niche building projects for the Archdiocese of Miami. 

Frank is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida.
