Arnav Amin

Arnav Amin serves as Chief Operating Officer for OHLA USA’s Central and West Regions, while also continuing in his corporate role as Chief Strategy & Pursuit Officer. In this dual capacity, he provides leadership across regional operations while guiding the company’s strategic approach to pursuing and securing new work nationwide.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Arnav has a strong track record of driving growth, improving profitability, and delivering complex infrastructure projects. Over his 12 years leading the Central Region as Executive Vice President, he advanced the region’s expansion through innovative operating procedures, disciplined execution, and a focus on operational excellence. 

At the corporate level, Arnav has strengthened OHLA USA’s pursuit strategy by streamlining bidding processes, enhancing collaboration across divisions, and leveraging the expertise of estimating and business development teams to successfully win large, complex projects.

In his expanded role, Arnav now brings this strategic and operational expertise to the West Region, where he is focused on driving performance, increasing profitability, and strengthening team culture.

Arnav joined OHLA USA in 2014, following leadership roles at Flatiron Construction and Walsh Construction. He holds a master’s degree in construction management from the University of New Mexico.
