Ruth Fagan

Vice President and Director of the Legal Department

Ruth Fagan has a broad range of legal experience, having served several well-known New York-based general contractors as in-house counsel.

Ruth directs and advises OHLA USA’s business areas on all legal issues and matters concerning contract negotiation, litigation and dispute resolution, strategic planning, and risk management. She is also responsible for aligning legal policies within the parameters set by OHLA’s legal team in Madrid, Spain.

Earlier in her career, Ruth served as a clerk for the High Court of Ireland and as a litigation associate in New York. She holds a law degree from University College in Dublin and an LLM degree from Columbia Law School.
