As Vice President of Procurement, Casey oversees purchasing efforts to maximize efficiencies among OHLA USA' s business units. He creates and implements internal and external policies to ensure all stakeholders, including suppliers, clearly understand management’s objectives while adhering to corporate sustainability and ethics goals. Casey also serves as Operations Manager for OHLA USA's NYC Department of Transportation projects. In this capacity, Casey carefully monitors resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, cost and quality control, and risk -- all to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Casey joined OHLA USA in 2009 as a Cost Engineer. Since then, he has served in several roles with increasing responsibility, including project engineer and project manager on several heavy civil contracts in the New York metro area.
Before joining the company, Casey served as a Field Engineer for Kiewit in Chicago, Illinois. Casey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
