Yonathan Benarroch

Yonathan Benarroch serves as Executive Vice President of OHLA USA’s Southeast Civil Region, where he helps lead project execution, operational performance, and strategic growth across the region. In this role, he oversees profit and loss performance, project budgets, schedules, risk management, staffing, and resource optimization, while promoting consistency and excellence in project delivery.

Yonathan joined OHLA USA in 2020 and has built a strong reputation for leadership, collaboration, and delivering results on complex infrastructure programs. Previously Vice President of Operations, he played a key role in advancing major contracts, including the $380 million design-build South Dade Bus TransitWay, while developing high-performing teams and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

He works closely with operations, pursuit, and estimating teams to support successful project delivery and drive new business opportunities throughout the Southeast region. With extensive experience managing complex, phased construction programs, Yonathan is focused on creating long-term value for clients and sustaining OHLA USA’s continued growth and momentum.

Yonathan holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
