James Draper

James (Jimmy) Draper serves as Executive Vice President for OHLA USA's West Region, with full profit and loss accountability for overall regional performance. He partners with leadership to advance strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and optimize field operations, while supporting business development, overseeing preconstruction activities, and cultivating client relationships across the region.

Jimmy brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience with a proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership. 

Prior to joining OHLA USA, he built a distinguished career at Shimmick Construction Company, most recently serving as Vice President overseeing the procurement and execution of water and transportation projects throughout the Southwest division. Earlier, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including Project Manager, contributing to the delivery of large-scale, technically challenging projects across Southern California.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
